Who we are
This policy describes how the Law Office of Giancarlo A. Pinto, P.A. (“the firm,” “we”) handles information collected through gaplegalfl.com, including its Spanish-language pages.
Information we collect
- Information you give us when you use the free case review: the type of incident, when it happened, whether you were injured, whether someone else was at fault, and your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address.
- Information collected automatically, such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address, through our hosting provider’s standard server logs.
Please do not send detailed or sensitive information about your case, such as medical records, through this website. We’ll ask for what we need when we speak with you.

- To contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry, as you requested
- To understand how the website is used and improve it

No attorney–client relationship
Submitting information through this website does not create an attorney–client relationship and does not obligate the firm to represent you. That relationship begins only when you and the firm sign a written fee agreement. Information from prospective clients is still treated as confidential, in accordance with the firm’s professional obligations, including Rule 4-1.18 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
Calls and text messages
If you submit a case review, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry by call, text message, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us at any time that you prefer not to be contacted by text. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of hiring the firm.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the website, receive intake submissions, and manage cases (for example, hosting, form-processing, and case-management providers), who may use it only to provide services to us. Today, the website is hosted by Cloudflare, and case review submissions are delivered to the firm by Formspree, a form-processing service. Submissions are kept in the firm’s email and in the firm’s Formspree account.
- When required by law, court order, or professional rules, or to protect our rights
Cookies, analytics, and “Do Not Track”
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party analytics tools. It loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser information when a page loads (see Google’s privacy policy). The case review form uses a hidden field, not a third-party CAPTCHA, to filter spam. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy.
Our website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Security and retention
Information you submit is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep inquiry information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and professional record-keeping obligations.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. A parent or guardian may contact us on a child’s behalf.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, subject to our legal and professional obligations, by contacting us below.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
